2023 FlowWest Retreat Recap

Employees from across the country came together to spend time bonding and strategizing. After the work, the team deserved some fun, and so a team-building session was held on the Russian River with tandem kayaks to practice coordination and teamwork. Paddling in unison highlighted the need for cohesive efforts, mirroring the firm’s core value of collaboration. This fun activity set the tone for the retreat, emphasizing the significance of navigating our journey as a unified team.
